A Place for You

Welcome to New Prospect United Methodist Church — where we are small enough to know you, but big enough to love you! We are a Christ-centered church welcoming all people who seek a deeper relationship with God through the saving power of Jesus Christ and the knowledge of the Holy Spirit.

What if we rethink church? Would you come?

What if church was not a noun, but a verb? What if church was not the building, but the people? What if church was not a place just to go on Sunday, but helped you have peace and understanding in your life? At New Prospect we are rethinking church. We are not a noun, but rather a verb. We are not a building, but rather a people and we want you to be part of our family. New Prospect is “A Place for You.”

Worship isn’t about music or preaching. Its about offering our praise to our Creator, the one in whom we live and move and have our being.

“You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.” Revelation 4:11
